Formerly Dance Quest, this small company has been in operation since 1995 and moved to the web in 1999.

Credit Cards accepted thru online purchases only. On line orders are processed by 2checkout.com in order to provide you with the highest level of security possible. Phone, FAX, & Mail Orders will not ship out until your check has cleared. Certified check or money order will speed the process. Do not mail cash.

SHIPPING METHOD & HOW LONG:


1 All orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, unless you request otherwise prior to placing the order. (International orders are sent best method.)

2. Your order is sent with delivery confirmation. E-mail for your tracking #.

3. Anticipated ship date will be noted on your zandance e-mail confirmation. Add 3 days to the longest stated processing time and if your items is not on your door step, e-mail at once.

4. If your order does not arrive within stated processing time plus shipping time, and you have done the above, then request a full refund and it will be approved.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGE, ALL SALES FINAL unless:


1 Prior authorization for exchange has been granted. To recieve prior authorization, e-mail zandance@pacifier.com and explain your concern.

2 There is often a restocking charge that will be quoted in the reply to your e-mail

3 If it is clear that item was damaged or flawed during or prior to shipping, e-mail, then return the item and a replacement will be sent as soon as humanly possible.

4 A new product may be offered with refund or exchange option. This will be noted in the product description
